ezTalks

ezTalks, styled eztalks on its site, lets businesses send and receive texts, faxes and phone calls from a web account rather than a phone contract. It targets small and medium-sized firms that deal with customers in several countries and supplies virtual numbers in more than 180 of them. There is no subscription: customers add credit and draw on it as they use each service.

What ezTalks offers

• SMS and MMS — bulk campaigns, reminders and notifications, two-way text chats, and picture, audio and video messages.
• Voice calling — click-to-dial outbound calls, inbound calls, recording and forwarding.
• Cloud call centre — IVR menus, skill-based routing and live call monitoring.
• Virtual numbers — toll-free and local numbers, rented on weekly up to annual terms.
• Online fax — sending faxes from any device and a web inbox for incoming ones, with alerts.

Who it works with
