About EVO-ERP

EVO-ERP is business software for small and medium manufacturers that links sales, inventory, accounting, production and payroll in one system. It has been sold for more than 20 years and is offered as the replacement for the older DBA Classic product, with help for users moving across.

Services

  • Order entry: orders from manual entry, quotes, EDI, point of sale and imports from ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Manufacturing: bills of materials, labour tracking by work centre, MRP forecasts, shortage reports and visual production scheduling.
  • Purchasing: vendor records and purchase orders raised from MRP data.
  • Shipping and invoicing: packing slips, bills of lading, shipping labels and invoices, with tracking numbers sent back to online stores.
  • Accounting and payroll: financials and payroll in the same system as operations.

Clients

The system is aimed at small and medium-sized manufacturing firms, including former DBA Classic users.
