EVO~ERP

EVO~ERP is a combined ERP and MRP system built for small and medium-sized manufacturers. It joins sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing and payroll in a single program. It is positioned as the successor for companies still running the older DBA Classic system.

What EVO~ERP offers

• Order intake — takes orders typed in by hand, converted from quotes, sent by EDI or pulled from ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, plus point-of-sale orders.
• Production control — manages stock by warehouse location, complex bills of materials, and labour by work centre and machine.
• MRP planning — produces forecasts and shortage reports.
• Purchasing — raises purchase orders from MRP data and records vendor pricing and delivery history.
• Shipping and invoicing — prints packing slips and bills of lading, returns tracking numbers to online shops, and handles supplier payments and customer invoices.
