DyFlex Solutions is an Australia-headquartered SAP consultancy that describes itself as a leading independent, SAP-only partner in Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 2011, it has grown to more than 300 people, with offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Auckland and a delivery team in the Philippines. In October 2026 Cognizant agreed to acquire it, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027.

What it does

DyFlex provides advisory, consulting, implementation and managed services across SAP's portfolio. Its transformation work covers finance, digital supply chain, asset maintenance, human capital management, and data and analytics, and it describes particular depth in SAP's public cloud edition and in process advisory that uses AI. As an SAP Platinum Partner it holds SAP's highest partner tier, and it has received a number of SAP partner awards. Its managed services cover the running and support of SAP systems after go-live.

Who it serves

Organisations in Australia and New Zealand running or moving to SAP, with stated experience in mining and resources, energy and utilities, manufacturing, logistics, the public sector and the mid-market. It describes a significant presence on both the east and west coasts of Australia. It entered New Zealand in October 2025 by acquiring the local SAP partner Bluetree Solutions, ARN reports.
