Datacruit

Datacruit makes recruitment software. Its applicant tracking system, built around AI, data and automation, covers the hiring process from advert to analytics, and companies in ten European countries use it.

What Datacruit offers

• Applicant tracking — one place to run the whole recruitment process.
• AI CV analysis — each CV is read and turned into a short candidate profile.
• Candidate matching — the database is scanned and candidates ranked by fit for a role.
• Automation — interview scheduling, emails, reminders and GDPR consents handled by the system.
• Reporting — management reports and analytics prepared quickly.
• Job portal links — integration with more than thirty job portals.

Who it works with

In-house HR teams, and recruiters who hire on behalf of clients, whether they hire occasionally or all the time. Hiring managers can give feedback inside the system.
