combeenation

combeenation develops configure-price-quote (CPQ) software for manufacturers whose products come in many modular variants. Mainly serving mid-sized companies from its base in Austria, the firm models the full rule set behind a product range rather than offering a purely visual configurator. Quotes, prices and technical documents all come out of the same system.

What combeenation offers

• Product configurator — assembles complex products with plausibility checks that block invalid combinations, and produces technical drawings automatically.
• Price management — price and discount logic calculated live, with prices varying by sales channel and role-based approvals.
• Quote management — generates quotes with live calculation, links to ERP and CRM systems and exports them as PDF.
• Dealer portal — lets partners produce their own quotes on a self-service basis.
• Lead handling — captures and qualifies leads, holding contact, configuration and communication data centrally.

Who it works with

The software is aimed at mid-sized manufacturers of modular products. KEBA Industrial Automation replaced a spreadsheet-based configurator with it to quote highly complex products.
