Synoptive

Synoptive builds bespoke web configurators that let buyers set up, see and price complex products and services. It turns a client's product data and business rules into a tailored application, with the aim of guiding customers and preventing invalid orders. Each project gets its own interface and rule set.

What Synoptive offers

• Visual configurators — full 3D product models or dynamic 2D renders that update as options change.
• Pricing and quoting — line-item summaries with dynamic pricing, including volume tiers, minimum costs and per-guest rules.
• Spec sheets — automatic PDF specification sheets for each configuration.
• Integrations — links to e-commerce platforms and ERP systems such as Magento, SAP and WooCommerce, which can be swapped later without losing the configurator.
• Analytics — built-in reports on how visitors use a configurator.

Who it works with

Portfolio projects include configurators for workspace enclosures, lacrosse gloves, chairs, tables, saddle pads, and caps with embroidery. An event planning and pricing tool in German and English is used by many hotels in Europe.
