Cobot

Cobot is a platform that coworking operators use to run the business side of a shared workspace. It is based in Germany and handles reservations, billing, members and building access from one system. Operators say it takes routine admin off their plate so they can spend time on their community.

What Cobot offers

• Space reservations — members book desks and meeting rooms, including through a mobile app.
• Billing — invoices are raised automatically and payments are collected in the same system.
• Member records — a simple CRM for keeping track of members and their plans.
• Door access — an API connects the platform to door lock systems from other vendors.
• Analytics — reports on how the space and its membership are performing.

Who it works with

Cobot is built for coworking operators, from a single site up to groups running several locations. It can be fitted around the tools an operator already uses through integrations.
