Operating Experience and Expertise Halo Fund Partners have both the business and personal experience to identify, evaluate and invest in promising technologies at the beginning Each team member has lived through many industry cycles across different sectors of technology and in many functional disciplines Each partner has significant investing and/or strategic investment banking advisory experience as well as operational experience working with or in both small start-ups and large companies Board Members and Company Builders A core value for Halo is to bring significant value as board members (or board observers) via their wisdom gained through operating and investing experience Assistance might come in the form of helping the entrepreneurial team adjust strategy, build a team capable of outstanding execution, gain customers, design strategic alliances and go public and/or exit through acquisition
