We chose Cadena because their system met our needs in terms of functionality, the cost-effectiveness, their ability to offer local support, and they clearly had the best credentials in our region

Obviously Cadena’s Hotel & Resort version has been especially designed for the hospitality industry and built on extensive experience with large hotel environments. Our organization has greatly benefited from a partnership with Cadena. Besides streamlining IHG’s internal processes and simplifying the daily life of HR operations, this partnership has allowed our organization to focus more on customer care, while ensuring that we stay within the regulatory boundaries of Human Resource Management.

Naturally Cadena’s system helps us to calculate payroll more precisely and reduces time to prepare the corresponding reports. However, one of the main reasons we selected Cadena is because of their excellent customer support services. A lot of software companies in this region provide poor after-sales support because their support is often managed by project consultants, thus not always available when you need them. Cadena offers a dedicated team of system consultants that are always available to support our payroll runs. This is of course very important since we can’t afford to pay our most valuable assets (our employees) any day late. Besides user support, Cadena’s support team also ensures that our system is always timely updated when there are changes in tax and labour laws.

We been working with them since March/April 2020. Our Vietnam payroll (Cadena system) went live Nov 2021. We are using the system since then. We are pleased to have discovered them and look forward to working with them into the future. We just signed off Overtime Automation project for 4 countries (SGP, THA, IDN & MYS) starting Jan 2022.

We have now a few months of experiences working on with Cadena and globally are satisfied with the software which is much more efficient, controllable and powerful than our previous system (Excel). Also the ESS is quite appreciated by our employees. We still have not fully used software such as workflow but will try this year.
