Clueso raises $10m Series A to automate business video with AI agents

13 October 2026: Clueso, which sells software that records, scripts, narrates and edits product and training videos with AI agents, has raised a 10 million US dollar Series A led by Dharana Capital. Y Combinator and f7 Ventures invested again, and Founders Future and Neotribe Ventures joined as new investors. The company says more than 80% of the money came from investors who had already backed it at seed.

Not yet independently verified. Clueso does not say where it is headquartered or when it was founded. One outlet lists Founders Fund among the investors where Clueso's own post names Founders Future; we follow the company. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.

Clueso announced the round on its own blog, in a post by co-founder and chief executive Akash Anand. SiliconANGLE and Entrackr put the total raised to date at about 12 million dollars.

Agents that record the product themselves

Most AI video tools generate a clip from a prompt. Clueso's pitch is aimed at the companies that need hundreds of videos about their own software and have to keep them current. Its computer agents navigate a real product and capture the workflow on screen, and when the interface changes they can run through it again so that the footage stays accurate. "Clueprints" hold a company's rules for video, from brand and localisation guidelines to voice, motion graphics, captions and music.

On top of that sit a browser-based editor for people who want to adjust the result, a chat interface that runs recording, scripting, voiceover and editing on request, and connections to the systems where a company's product and brand knowledge already lives. Clueso also plugs into general AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol, so an assistant can create, edit and manage videos through it.

Customers and figures

Clueso says more than 1,000 organisations use it, naming Atlassian, GitLab, Zendesk, Gainsight, Legrand and Samsara on its blog. It quotes a customer learning lead at Atlassian and a customer learning director at Seismic, whose team uses it to produce product tutorials and update them as the product changes. Per SiliconANGLE, Zendesk reports more than five times the productivity and an 80% cut in video production costs; those are customer-reported figures.

The company launched less than three years ago and says it has run with a lean team and been "cash-flow positive from close to the beginning". SiliconANGLE reports 35 employees and a plan to reach 50 by the end of the year. The founders, per the trade reports, are Anand, Prajwal Prakash and Neel Balar.

Where the money goes

Clueso says it will invest "heavily in our agent infrastructure, video creation and editing platform, and our team". Entrackr adds enterprise sales and integrations with business software.
