AuxoAI raises $20.7m Series A led by NTTVC for forward-deployed AI teams

20 October 2026: AuxoAI, a company that places mixed teams of AI strategists and engineers inside large enterprises to build AI that runs in production, has raised a $20.7 million Series A led by NTTVC, the Silicon Valley venture firm formed in partnership with the Japanese telecoms group NTT. It plans to hire more of those embedded staff, invest in its own tooling and widen its partner network.

Executives as angels

Alongside NTTVC, three individual investors join as strategic investors and advisers: George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and a long-serving Workday board member; Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow; and Giacomo Sonnino, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and a former chief operating officer of QuantumBlack North America. NTTVC's earlier investments, as AuxoAI lists them, include Anthropic, Neysa, nference, Celona, Eko Health and Shoreline, which NVIDIA acquired.

A services model, sold as a product

The company calls its people Forward Deployed Experts: strategists and engineers who sit with a client's business, learn how the work is actually done, and then build the system. AuxoAI says this team has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecoms and other industries since it was founded in 2023. What makes the model repeatable, in its telling, is Damia, an in-house workbench that holds what earlier deployments taught it. The site lists further offerings under its own names: dataNext for data foundations, processNext for redesigning processes, marketNext for go-to-market work, and Echo for synthetic market intelligence.

The three co-founders, Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, explain the thesis in a joint statement: "AI will fundamentally change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make that happen." They argue that general-purpose models lack an enterprise's own context, and that their teams supply it.

Partners and footprint

AuxoAI says it was named this year as one of a small group of AI pure-play partners in Google's Gemini Enterprise transformation programme, and it is an AWS Advanced Tier partner. Its release gives the headquarters as the San Francisco Bay Area; the site footer lists an office in Milpitas, California, and offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Gurgaon. Entrackr, which covered the round, names UKG and Fogo de Chão among its clients.

How it compares with what we list

The forward-deployed label borrows from software companies that send engineers to customers, but the business is closer to an AI consultancy with its own tools than to a software vendor, and buyers will price it that way. Our artificial intelligence company category lists 1,070 firms, many of them services businesses of this kind; few of them publish client counts at all, which makes AuxoAI's figure of more than 40 clients a useful benchmark when shortlisting.
