Formplus

Formplus is an online form builder that works through drag and drop. Its forms are designed for mobile screens and can be used without a connection.

What Formplus offers

• Form templates — more than two hundred starting points for feedback, workflows and payments.
• Document merge and digital signatures — fills documents from form data and captures signatures.
• Data collection features — file uploads, repeating sections, save and resume, and partial submissions.
• Conditional logic — changes what a respondent sees based on earlier answers.
• Sharing options — forms can be embedded in a website or added through a WordPress plugin.
