ACE Workflow

ACE Workflow calls itself an operations company. It looks for the repetitive, manual tasks that slow a team down, rebuilds them as automated workflows inside software the client already uses, and then keeps those automations running.

What ACE Workflow offers

• Workflow review — a short session to find where a team loses time and what to fix first.
• Operations mapping — an AI interviewer called Saor talks to staff and produces a roadmap of broken processes, costed in time.
• Automation builds — human and AI builders using no-code and low-code tools to remove copy-paste, re-keying and approval chasing.
• Data integration — linking outside databases into visual workflows so data sits in one place.
• Running the workflows — ongoing operation of the automations after launch.
• Training and onboarding — support to get employees using the new processes.

Who it works with

Teams in media, education, real estate and venture capital, from startups to large enterprises. Projects usually begin with a core group of users before rolling out more widely.
