Inside Information Inc.

Inside Information Inc. works almost entirely with electric cooperatives. It carries out member research and runs marketing and communications, so small co-op teams can act on what their members think without hiring more staff.

What Inside Information Inc. offers

• Market research: surveys that measure member satisfaction, including monthly surveys for some clients.
• Early-warning alerts: flags member concerns before they grow.
• Marketing and communications: campaigns, outreach and a monthly electronic newsletter for members.
• Data analysis: turns survey and customer data into decisions and action plans.
• Fibre support: a set of services for co-ops launching fibre broadband ventures.

Who it works with
