Excela formerly Excela Creative

Excela, formerly Excela Creative, groups several business services under one company. Its pitch is that owners can run their firms more easily by getting marketing, web infrastructure, card processing and payroll from a single provider, with the goal of raising productivity, winning customers and cutting losses.

What Excela formerly Excela Creative offers

• Traffic spike hosting — custom setups built on its own technology so busy ecommerce sites stay up during heavy traffic.
• Branding and marketing — packaging a brand into an identity that carries the right message, under Excela Marketing.
• Merchant services — card payment processing for businesses.
• Payroll and HR — a full-service payroll and HR offer run by its own staff, not a do-it-yourself tool.

Who it works with

Its services are aimed at business owners and managers, and its site publishes useful information for that audience.
