The customer contacted us in order to design the user interface for the robot's attached iPad software Prior to starting, we needed to explore the significance of various design aspects for an elderly population Thus we developed a special graphic language and user experience tailored to the target population and an interface to accommodate various abilities and limitations, with strong emphasis on voice-activated commands The clean design and simple interface is natural, intuitive and easily accessible for users who typically flinch from technology

At least 70% repeat customers UX design for Bezalel archives This Israeli-Canadian start-up has developed a new and efficient application for planning trips using a CUI-based platform (conversational user interface) with a Chatbot Among its other capabilities, the application facilitates trips with multiple participants, itineraries covering multiple cities, insertion of changes following a completed order, and a list of hotels personally suited to users The application permits travelers full control; all they need to do is to type in or speak about their travel plans into any connected device Our challenge in this project was to create a convenient and easy user experience for an application with multiple options and vast information Over the past two years we've worked in close cooperation with the company's team, functioning as full partners in creating an advanced, groundbreaking product and planning and designing the application for all platforms including Android, IOS and iPad versions

The robot, which was planned by the outstanding team at Intuition Robotics, uses body language to express emotions and features a conversation user interface, dynamic lighting and photos The robot, with its integrated tender expressions, generates a connection that feels 'natural' to its owner In order to impart the robot with human expression, the customer asked us to produce 20 facial expressions that generate a 'natural' feel using a line of 12 LED lights-thus turning the robot into a 'friend' Here are four of the expressions we designed from the many we submitted

Volkswagen's official importer in Israel, Champion Motors, turned to us to help them with customer retention The goal of the project was to find a way to get owners of Volkswagen vehicles to remain in contact with the dealer after the purchase, and establish a Volkswagen community After brainstorming ideas and developing a marketing strategy, we planned and defined specifications for a unique platform for vehicle owners The platform includes components that interface with the vehicle as well as various tools for overseeing the vehicle's maintenance and collecting information on the vehicle's performance Among other things the platform includes components that issue service alerts, display recent trips, send updates and more
