BrandStrong

BrandStrong provides graphic designers that agencies can take on without running their own hiring process. It recruits designers itself and lets agency owners pick from its roster, aiming to make a dedicated designer affordable for smaller teams.

What BrandStrong offers

• Designer placement — agencies choose an experienced designer from its roster instead of sifting through job applications.
• Flexible arrangements — freelance, part-time or full-time positions, depending on workload and budget.
• No payroll burden — the designer is supplied without the agency adding a staff member to its own payroll.
• Marketing design — its earlier service turned monthly marketing requests into designs for businesses.
• Marketing guidance — training on company positioning and regular breakdowns of how growing companies market themselves.

Who it works with

It targets agency owners who are stretched by deadlines and projects, and previously served small business owners and non-profits needing ongoing marketing design.
