Computer vision system for managing paving tile production

Challenge: Track production output and defects at a paving tile plant and keep planning current.

Solution: A manufacturing execution system (MES) for production control and output tracking at a paving tile plant. Our own scanners on the lines photograph every pallet, a neural network counts tiles and defects, and planning and analytics update in real time.

Results: Published case reports 200,000+ pallet scans, automated output tracking and 14 ms AI detection per scan across four production lines.

AI Guest Messaging Bot for an Apartment Management Company in Spain

Challenge: Handle guest conversations across four channels, languages and apartment-specific check-in rules.

Solution: An AI bot answers guests of 256 apartments on Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp and email in 8+ languages, sends smart lock codes and escalates tricky questions to managers. Replies in 2 minutes instead of 41.

Results: Published case reports replies in under two minutes instead of 41, with 75% of questions handled by AI across 256 apartments.

Polyglot: an AI platform for a translation agency where the AI never sees personal data

Challenge: Use cloud AI for sensitive translation documents without sending identifiable personal data to the cloud.

Solution: How to use cloud AI models legally on documents with passports, court records and medical data: personal data is replaced with masks on the client's own server, only anonymized text goes to the cloud, and a second AI model checks every machine translation, while a human stays accountable for quality. Built for a translation agency in the EU: 9 stages from scan upload to delivery with an electronic signature, 24 languages, 1.5 million translated segments in translation memory.

Results: Delivered a nine-stage translation workflow for 24 languages, with 1.5 million translated segments in translation memory and local data masking.

Building materials visualizer and virtual tours in MR headsets

Challenge: Let buyers visualize finishes and explore apartments that have not yet been built.

Solution: A SaaS platform with three modules: AI-rendered finishes on a photo in 30 seconds, material try-ons in a Meta Quest 3 headset, and virtual tours of apartments that haven't been built yet.

Results: Delivered three visualization modules; the kit states AI rendering of finishes on a photo in 30 seconds.
