Orders, quotes and invoices in one database

Staff can record repairs, create work orders, quotes and invoices, and schedule follow-ups from a single online system. The orders screen lets a user edit an existing order straight from the repair orders table or start a new one, and it carries up to 25 custom fields so a shop can store whatever information its jobs need.

Photos of the item

The application connects to the computer's webcam, so a shop can take as many pictures of an item as it likes for each order, or upload or drag in images it already has. Those pictures can be attached to emails to the customer straight from the page and included on printed tickets.

Tickets, labels and customer updates

A repair ticket is generated automatically with each order, with the customer's details, a description and the repair notes. Shops can add their own logo, then print as many tickets, labels and barcodes as they need. Customers can also be kept informed through status update emails that the system sends automatically, and an order can be opened as a PDF built from a template carrying the shop's logo and wording.

Searchable client, vendor and order tables

The client, vendor and order records each appear in a table that can be searched and filtered on any column, edited in place, and exported to Excel or CSV. The client screen holds the details a shop wants to keep on each customer, and a customer login portal and website integration are also mentioned.
