CAPSYS

CAPSYS, trading as CAPSYS Technologies, develops software that captures, classifies and extracts data from business documents. Its products pull content from email, attachments, faxes, scanners, cloud services and mobile devices, then route it into content management, CRM and ERP systems. The software runs either in the cloud or on the customer's own servers.

What CAPSYS offers

• CAPSYS CAPTURE — server software that automatically imports emails and attachments from Microsoft 365, Exchange and Gmail, fax servers such as OpenText RightFax, and XML or JSON content.
• CAPSYS CAPTURE ONLINE — web-based, button-driven scanning from connected devices, known as IoT Smart Connected Scanning.
• CAPSYS AcuityAI — AI-assisted extraction for complex documents, with a people-augmented OCR option.
• Automatic classification and workflow — document sorting and a visual process designer that needs no programming.
• Storage and bulk import — image storage, backup and recovery, and server-based bulk file importing.
