Briskminds

Briskminds is a Salesforce consulting firm that also builds products for other software vendors under the Salesforce PDO model. Ankit Arora, a Salesforce MVP, started it in 2012 to bring together a team of Salesforce specialists. Its clients include corporates, independent software vendors and system integrators.

What Briskminds offers

• Salesforce implementation (SI partner) — turns manual business processes into digital workflows on Salesforce, with dashboards for tracking and analysing data.
• Managed services (MSP partner) — takes on Salesforce projects referred by Salesforce itself, with billing arranged to suit the client's budget.
• Product development (PDO partner) — designs and builds apps for ISVs, including preparing them for the AppExchange security review.
• Lightning development — builds Lightning components and moves older Classic applications over to Lightning Experience.
• Integrations and customisation — connects Salesforce with third-party APIs and tailors apps to each client's processes.
• Staff augmentation — supplies certified consultants, administrators and developers who join a partner's own delivery team.

Who it works with

The firm works with corporates and ISVs directly, and acts as an extension of development teams at multinational corporations, global system integrators and other service partners that are short of capacity.
