Brightsolid online technology

Brightsolid online technology designs, builds and runs cloud and data centre environments for organisations in Scotland. It operates its own data centres in Aberdeen and Dundee and has delivered managed services to the Scottish private and public sectors for 25 years.

What Brightsolid online technology does

• Colocation: leased space, power and services for client servers, storage and network kit in Tier III designed data centres.
• Private and hybrid cloud: dedicated or shared private cloud hosted in its own facilities, joined up with public cloud where needed.
• AWS cloud foundations: setting up and managing Amazon Web Services accounts for security, compliance, speed and cost control.
• Managed detection and response: a Security Operations Centre that watches client infrastructure around the clock and responds to threats.
• Backup as a Service: immutable backups of physical and virtual workloads and SaaS data, including Microsoft 365, to guard against ransomware.
