blueworks

blueworks designs, implements and supports application lifecycle management (ALM) for companies running SAP, working in Switzerland and across Europe. Its alm360 approach aims to link business and IT and make SAP change work visible, whether systems run on premises, hybrid or in the cloud.

What blueworks offers

• alm360 — the firm's overall ALM method, covering portfolio-to-project, requirements-to-deploy, detect-to-correct and request-to-fulfil processes.
• Process design and consulting — working with SAP leaders and IT teams to choose processes, tools and methods at the start of an ALM rollout.
• Tool implementation — setting up SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build and Focused Insights, plus integrations.
• Methodology coaching — training project teams in agile ways of working.
• SAP security and test management — specialist services within the ALM landscape.
• Ongoing support — an ALM support team helping with method, tools, change and requirements management, and documentation.
