Sarah Cabatit, Owner of EventWise, has over 20 years of experience in events and project management, a BA in Drama from the University of Washington, and additional experience in floral, landscape and graphic design Her diverse background brings a number of unique skills and perspectives to each project

Prior to EventWise, Sarah was the Project Manager for the former Seattle event firm, Two Downtown, and had the opportunity to produce numerous events throughout the US and Canada In the years preceding Two Downtown, Sarah planned events for Intiman Theatre including their Opening Night parties and Annual Gala, created local youth arts programs for Seattle Center Productions, and coordinated national arts in education events at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D C

The EventWise team has worked together for well over a decade Our experience and professionalism ensures a collaborative and enjoyable experience for our clients We take pride in our attention to detail, eye for design, and ability to balance your vision with the demands of reality to achieve your goals for success We understand that every event is an opportunity to tell a unique story and we are thrilled to be a part of that process

We are happy to provide as much or as little help as you need.

We bill our services at an hourly rate based on the needs of each project Event materials are itemized and invoiced separately This flexibility allows us to be able work within almost any budget and incorporate those resources that are already available to you

After an initial complimentary consultation to discuss your project and determine the scope of work desired, EventWise will provide a labor estimate for approval before any work begins

Once designing and planning has commenced, we will work with you as partners and continue to ask for approval on all labor and material charges so that there are never any surprises You will always have total control over your budget and vision
