Sara has spent fifteen years channeling her passion for learning into solutions ranging from facilitated training to computer software manuals to online courses She is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a charter member of ISPI Charlotte (International Society for Performance Improvement) She worked with CPI Training Solutions, Inc during her time at UNCC, then moved to a Training Coordinator role Her next adventure was in Corporate learning and development, where she collaborated to develop instructor-led and online courses and manage a team of Instructional Designers In 2014, Sara rejoined CPI Training Solutions and is excited to be part of this dynamic company once again! CPI has been providing on-site training workshops and consulting services to individuals and corporations for more than 15 years Participants are provided student manuals in the classroom that make it possible for them to revisit the content back on the job or at home when a trainer may not be available to solve problems or answer questions
