I have experience in Family Practice, Pediatric, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Speech, OT,MFT, urgent care, Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring, DME, COVID Billing and hospital billing Worker's comp and PI Billing experience as well I also work with P A and N P Billing I have experience on billing all Private and Government Insurance Plans I work on percentage, I only get paid if you get paid I also work on hourly bases if my clients find that more suitable for them I offer 6 5% percentage fee for new clients for the first 3 months No set up fee Experience with Next Gen, OfficeAlly, Practice Mate, Lytec, Practice Perfect, Practice Fusion, Insync , Simple Practice, Centricity and Dr Chrono EMR Experience I am always available to answer billing questions by email or phone Need help setting up with billing software, no problem New to billing, I'm the person to help you Our office also offers scheduling services for small offices

How do we get information to you? You can send it via Fax, Mail, Pick-Up (if local), or electronically All information is communicated and handled to maintain HIPAA compliance
What information do you need? I need a copy of the completed superbill with the patients name, insurance authorization information, CPT & ICD-10 codes (if possible), along with a copy of the patient's insurance card and demos sheet
Where does my money go? All payments go directly to your office You will then send over the EOB's so I can post and appropriately track all reimbursement activity
What insurances are you familiar with? Well, a HUGE variety I have billed out for Medicare, F-pact, Medi-Cal/CalOptima, HMOs such as Regal, Altamed, Primecare,Prospect, IEHP, MOLINA,UCLA (to name just a few), PPOs, POS, Commercial, Worker's Comp and Tricare
Can you verify benefits? Yes, we can! and we can let you know what you should collect from patient's that have deductible and co-insurance
Can you handle Authorizations? We have experience with HMO Plans and PPO Authorization
