How do we get information to you? You can send it via Fax, Mail, Pick-Up (if local), or electronically All information is communicated and handled to maintain HIPAA compliance

What information do you need? I need a copy of the completed superbill with the patients name, insurance authorization information, CPT & ICD-10 codes (if possible), along with a copy of the patient's insurance card and demos sheet

Where does my money go? All payments go directly to your office You will then send over the EOB's so I can post and appropriately track all reimbursement activity

What insurances are you familiar with? Well, a HUGE variety I have billed out for Medicare, F-pact, Medi-Cal/CalOptima, HMOs such as Regal, Altamed, Primecare,Prospect, IEHP, MOLINA,UCLA (to name just a few), PPOs, POS, Commercial, Worker's Comp and Tricare

Can you verify benefits? Yes, we can! and we can let you know what you should collect from patient's that have deductible and co-insurance

Can you handle Authorizations? We have experience with HMO Plans and PPO Authorization

Are you able to come into the office if need it? depends on your location Can you work temporary?
