Board Papers

Board Papers is a board portal from Pervasent, with a companion product called Team Papers for Microsoft Teams. Both run on SharePoint and Microsoft 365, so documents stay in the customer's own SharePoint farm or Microsoft 365 tenancy, and Pervasent says it has no access to them.

What Board Papers offers

• Agendas and meeting packs — assembled quickly in SharePoint.
• Book-style apps — tablet, laptop and mobile apps where any meeting opens in one tap and any document in two.
• Annotation and voting — attendees add notes, cast votes and sign pages.
• Flexible deployment — on-premises, in Office 365, or hosted by Pervasent.
• Copilot summaries — Microsoft Copilot can summarise documents and highlight decisions inside the customer's environment.

Who it works with

Financial institutions, legislatures, schools, charities and non-profits, from a single board to organisations with many users. About a third of customers are large organisations and another third are small or medium non-profits, schools and charities.
