Alignment Meeting Board for Jira

Alignment Meeting Board for Jira is an add-on that lets teams plan and run meetings directly from their Jira issues. Organisers pick the issues to discuss, shape an agenda and record the outcome without leaving Jira.

What Alignment Meeting Board for Jira offers

• Issue search — find issues to discuss by project, status or other criteria.
• Agenda planning — sort and cluster issues, set breaks and decide how long each issue gets.
• Automatic minutes — meeting notes are created from the agenda.
• Meeting lists — meetings can be listed, filtered and sorted, with a preview panel for topic or meeting details.
• Attendance view — shows which meetings a person should attend.
• Issue history — shows how often an issue has come up and in which meetings, helping teams choose the right forum and people to decide.
