Pervasent

Pervasent makes Board Papers and Team Papers, two meeting portals that run inside Microsoft 365 rather than on a separate hosted service. Board documents stay in the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenancy or SharePoint farm, and Pervasent itself has no access to them.

What Pervasent offers

• Board Papers — a SharePoint-based portal for sharing and reviewing board documents.
• Team Papers — a virtual board book opened directly within a Microsoft Teams meeting.
• Meeting apps — book-style apps for tablets, laptops and phones that attendees can use without formal training; any document is two taps away.
• Copilot features — Microsoft Copilot used inside the customer's environment to summarise papers, flag risks and costs, and highlight decisions and tasks.

Who it works with

Organisations of every size: about a third of customers are very large enterprises, and another third are small and mid-sized non-profits, schools and charities. Users named on its site include the NHS Golden Jubilee hospital in the UK and a Pakistani lender, HBL Microfinance Bank.
