Android work covers native applications for phones, tablets and increasingly other devices in the same ecosystem. It is a distinct discipline from iOS despite the overlap in project management: different languages, different store review, different fragmentation problem. An Android build has to work across a far wider range of hardware, screen sizes and OS versions than its iOS counterpart.
Two questions matter more than a provider's portfolio. Which minimum OS version and device range are in scope, and who pays when that has to widen? And is the app genuinely native, or a cross-platform build being sold as native — a reasonable choice for many products, but one you should be making deliberately rather than discovering later.
