TextYess raises €4m to let AI agents run ecommerce CRM
The Milan company says it serves more than 350 online brands, including Ducati, and will use the seed extension to open in the UK.
AI-run CRM for online shops that plans campaigns, segments customers and answers shoppers by email, WhatsApp and on the website; the team says it raised 4 million euros to build it.
TextYess sells an autonomous customer relationship management system for ecommerce brands. Instead of giving marketers a tool to operate by hand, it uses AI agents that propose campaigns, choose which customers to contact, write the messages and then learn from the results.
The software works across email, WhatsApp and a shop's own website. Its marketing side covers abandoned cart flows, win-back campaigns and automations that run after a purchase. A second set of agents handles customer care on WhatsApp, the website and by phone. The company says its agents keep to a brand's voice and strategic guidelines, and the platform reports revenue for each campaign and each individual contact.
It offers separate entry points for solo founders, ecommerce teams and agencies that manage several clients. A customer quoted on the site is Luigi Ditano of the brand Ditano. The pages read name no specific shop platforms or integrations beyond a general works-with section.
Pricing is not published; visitors are asked to book a demo. The site says the team raised 4 million euros to build the autonomous CRM and is backed by international venture funds, without naming them on the home page. No street address or city appears on the pages read, so the company's base is taken from the funding news rather than its own site.
