PlannerPal is an AI workflow product for financial advice and wealth management firms in the United Kingdom. Its site describes it as an AI-powered workflow for financial advisers, and it is built around the admin that follows every client meeting.

The software records face-to-face meetings and calls on Microsoft Teams and Zoom, produces a transcript, and then drafts the notes and client documents an adviser must file. It connects with the systems advisers already work in. The integrations configured on its site include Intelliflo, Iress Xplan and Plannr, along with Microsoft SharePoint, Google and Calendly, and a mobile app is offered on Android and Apple devices. Beyond note taking, the company says it links client conversations, documents and CRM records so a firm has one joined-up view of each client.

PlannerPal's funding announcement, made by its lead investor Mercia, says more than 250 UK advice firms use the product, including some of the country's largest wealth managers, and that it has recently moved into mortgage broking. Those usage figures come from the company's announcement rather than its home page. Pricing is not published.
