LightGuide

LightGuide makes an industrial platform that shows step-by-step work instructions on a worker's own bench or workstation. It joins projected augmented reality with AI vision to guide, check and record manual tasks.

What LightGuide offers

• Projected AR instructions — steps shown directly on the work surface, so no screen or headset is needed.
• AI computer vision — sensors and cameras confirm each task and catch mistakes before work moves on.
• Data hub and traceability — records from every workstation, linked to ERP and MES systems.
• Factory connections — links to tools such as torque tools, controllers and sensors, and to cloud services.
• Training support — guided practice for new operators.

Who it works with

Manufacturers, including electronics, automotive and defence-related firms, and operators of data-centre hardware.
