Hyperreality Technologies

Hyperreality Technologies, now trading as TrainXR, makes training simulators aimed at industrial employers whose workers learn on specific machines, tooling and standard operating procedures rather than generic course material. Its systems combine virtual reality practice on simulated equipment with augmented reality guidance on the real machine, where an AI system checks that the correct part, tool and sequence are being used. Workers can repeat procedures as many times as needed away from the production line before being verified on the actual equipment. Trainers within a client's own team can build and update the simulations themselves as equipment or procedures change, rather than commissioning a new development project each time. The company also provides dashboards that track training completion and step-level performance by plant, production line or group of trainees, intended to give employers evidence of workforce competence rather than simple attendance records.
