Digiscript

Digiscript is a Philippine company that records physical sites digitally so construction and property teams can plan with accurate data. Drawing on two decades in the field, it scans buildings and land, turns the results into drawings and models, and supplies the scanning equipment and software used for this work.

What Digiscript offers

• 3D laser scanning — LiDAR scans that become digital twins, 2D as-built plans, 3D models and BIM.
• Construction site documentation — OpenSpace, which uses 360-degree cameras and computer vision for remote inspections and progress tracking.
• Ground penetrating radar — non-invasive detection and mapping of buried utilities and structures.
• Aerial drone mapping — drone photography and LiDAR for 3D models, topographic maps, elevation models and orthomosaics.
• 3D virtual tours — interactive 360-degree walkthroughs of properties for marketing.
• Scanners and software — Leica Geosystems 3D scanners, with onboarding and support.
