Infoplus MDM

Infoplus MDM produces Midas, a software product for managing master data. Its focus is cleansing legacy records and keeping item and material data under proper governance, so that purchasing, stock control and maintenance teams work from reliable information.

What Infoplus MDM offers

• Midas cleansing module — tidies legacy data and supports ongoing governance, with a cataloguing screen that shows many data points at once.
• Reference catalogue — a catalogue of vendor-sourced items that helps requestors raise new records from accurate data.
• Governance workflows — configurable screens and process flows that give better visibility of each request.
• Quality checks — checklist grids that review classifications, attributes, manufacturers and duplicates, plus dashboards for data quality and compliance.
• Service level reporting — live views of cataloguing turnaround times and throughput.
• Multi-language support — screens that work in many languages, including Spanish, French, German, Swedish and Dutch.

Who it works with

The product is aimed at organisations with ERP systems whose master data has suffered from years of uncontrolled entry.
