Golpik

Golpik is a software services company that now concentrates on Salesforce consulting, implementation and ongoing support. It supplies certified retainer teams that work in a client's own hours, and offers a trial engagement so new clients can judge results before signing a contract.

What Golpik offers

• Fix and support — clearing backlogs, repairing broken set-ups and keeping Salesforce running day to day.
• Optimise and automate — cleaner data, better automation and workflows that staff actually use.
• Implement and transform — setting up Salesforce or adding a new cloud around how a business operates.
• AI with Agentforce — building AI agents and automation with Agentforce, Einstein and Data Cloud.
• Cloud expertise — Sales Cloud pipeline and forecasting work, online storefronts through Commerce Cloud, and campaign and segmentation work in Marketing Cloud.

Who it works with

Golpik works with businesses that use or plan to adopt Salesforce, providing an offshore team as an extension of in-house staff. Its earlier work included custom web and mobile applications, with a focus on education and healthcare projects.
