Global App Lab

Global App Lab is an app development company that helps founders check whether an idea has real demand before any serious money goes into building it. Once interest is confirmed, the studio turns the concept into a minimum viable product and keeps developing it from user feedback.

What Global App Lab offers

• Idea validation — surveys, reading competitor reviews, talking to rival products' users and to founders whose similar attempts failed, plus a pre-launch landing page, cold outreach and pre-sales.
• Feature prioritisation — sorting the planned features into must, should, could and won't have groups, then building only the essentials first.
• MVP development — delivery in Scrum sprints with planning sessions, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews used to clear bottlenecks.
• Deployment — releasing the finished product and setting up a CI/CD pipeline.
• Launch channels — studying where the target audience spends its time and what is working for competitors.
• Iteration — collecting feedback from the first users, spotting patterns and adding features based on behaviour.

Who it works with

The studio is aimed at startup founders who want to avoid building a product that nobody wants.
