Digital Forms

Digital Forms is a digital transformation consultancy run by its two co-founders, Cezary Bielecki and Przemysław Wójcik. It works on the operating side of mid-sized service companies, looking for manual work, disconnected systems and reporting delays, and puts figures on each problem before any software is built.

What Digital Forms offers

• Profit Leak Diagnostic — a roughly four-week review that costs out where operations lose money, written for finance leaders.
• Operations Sprint — a focused project that fixes one problem, such as automating a manual workflow.
• Growth Readiness Roadmap — a plan covering the whole technology set-up for the next stage of growth.
• External CDO as a Service — an outside chief digital officer who owns technical outcomes and reports to the board.
• Mobile applications — apps for sales, customer engagement or employer branding, from its earlier work.

Who it works with

The firm targets service companies with roughly 200 to 1,000 staff, including those backed by private equity investors.
