Devblock

Devblock began as a software development agency and now presents itself as an AI consultancy made up of engineers and designers. It helps mid-market companies decide where AI can add value, then builds and deploys working systems within weeks. Its earlier web and mobile development work rests on a documented engineering process.

Products and services

• AI strategy and roadmap: identifying which AI projects are worth building and tying each to measurable outcomes.
• AI product development: designing and building production AI systems, such as a clinical assistant shown among its case studies.
• Implementation support: taking pilots into live use through a five-step delivery process.
• Web and mobile development: custom applications built by engineers and project managers with commercial experience.
• Open delivery process: scope documents listing included and excluded features, functional specifications approved before build, and code marked done only after peer review and independent QA.

Who it serves

Devblock targets mid-market companies and names LinkIt and eBay among firms whose operations and engineering leaders use its services. Clients can follow progress through Basecamp and dashboards showing hours logged per person and task.
