DECODE

DECODE is a full-service software developer, based in the EU, that works for growing tech companies and established businesses. It assigns one dedicated senior team to each project and pairs AI tooling in its workflows with experienced engineers. It began as a mobile app development partner and has broadened into full product work.

• Legacy modernisation: rebuilding outdated systems and manual processes.
• Product design and validation: planning and testing what to build before development starts.
• Team extension: senior engineers placed to fill gaps in a client's own team.
• Continuous product development: growing a live product using data and structured analysis.
