We meet with clients and ask questions…and then we ask more questions We want to know everything about your business, users (target audience), competitors, and goals We create the business requirement document to define the final objective product goals

User flow analysis and tech documentation

Once we’ve fully understood your business goals, we start drawing out user flows to understand user goals The key task here is to ensure an easy and well-defined user journey Based on this, we create a software requirements specification (SRS) document, which is a detailed description of the software to be developed with its functional and non-functional requirements

Wireframes and technical architecture

We create wireframes or low fidelity black and white sketches with the primary goal of planning the interface’s structure and functionality Much like a floor plan of any construction project In parallel, we begin work on the technical architecture of the back-end This defines the functionality that supports the user requirements outlined in the wireframes

Visual design and back-end implementation

The design phase is where the magic happens From a black and white “floor plan”, we give the app a personality Big decisions such as fonts and their sizes, colour palette, button shapes/size, icons and illustrations are all made during this stage At the same time, work begins on the back-end implementation to power the front end components

We convert the design prototyped in step 4 into a working information system that addresses all documented system requirements When the development phase is complete, the working system will enter the testing phase We check whether the system is performing as per expectations set in SRS phase We do a thorough testing to ensure the platform works on all devices and screen resolutions and all the functionality works as per expectations

User Acceptance Testing and go-live

In the UAT phase, a replica of the production environment is created, and you, along with the developers, do the final quality check and testing ‍ Once you find the application as expected and give your sign off, we make the platform live
