Appniv

Appniv builds and runs dedicated software development teams and R&D centres in Romania for companies abroad. Its senior engineers join the client's own organisation, while Appniv handles hiring, retention, legal and cultural matters.

What Appniv offers

• Dedicated development teams — embedded senior engineers in backend, frontend and mobile, working in Java, C#, React and other technologies.
• R&D centre set-up — building a client's own development site in Romania.
• End-to-end team management — recruitment, headhunting matched to the client's culture, retention and legal work.
• R&D business continuity — keeping a client's development work running through unstable periods.
• Mobile and web development — native iOS and Android apps, AR and VR work with Unity3D, and web application architecture.

Who it works with

Its case studies include R&D sites in Romania for HiBob and Imubit, and an intelligent automation project for Rimo3. Earlier work also covered an education app and a health and fitness tracker. Team costs are set per person through a process the client takes part in.
