Applicable Limited

Applicable Limited is a New Zealand software development company that consults on, builds and then runs custom software for Kiwi businesses. It uses low-code and AI-assisted development alongside conventional coding, and has recently joined forces with the app studio Putti, which now handles its enquiries.

What Applicable Limited does

• Web-based software: cloud applications that reshape business processes for clients.
• Mobile apps: apps that take workflows and customer services onto phones, built with tools such as React Native.
• AI integration: building large language models and other generative AI into custom software and apps.
• Custom websites: sites built together with marketing specialists.
• Virtual product owner: a part-time product owner for SaaS firms and companies with internal software.
• Virtual teams: development teams for long projects or to support an in-house team.

Clients

Clients range from public bodies to start-ups. Sport NZ uses a cloud application for board evaluations and reporting that Applicable has built and maintained since 2012, and it created a strategy and meetings platform for Advisory Works and a tree replacement calculator for Urban Forest Solutions.
