Digital1

Digital1 is a Manchester software company that builds AI agents and custom software to handle day-to-day operational work. Its platform links to the tools a business already runs, so nothing needs to move to a new system. Earlier, the firm worked as a cross-channel media company.

What Digital1 offers

• Finance automation — processing and reconciling transactions, looking into exceptions and preparing reports.
• Operations agents — handling purchasing, stock, fulfilment and supplier issues.
• Sales and customer service — qualifying, routing, resolving and following up enquiries.
• HR and leadership support — coordinating people processes and turning live data into decisions.
• AI Opportunity Assessment — a one-to-two-day review that maps quick wins, longer-term options and an estimated return roadmap.

Who it works with

It targets established businesses that run ERP, CRM, finance, people and operations tools.
