What it does: two apps on one ledger - the daily bookkeeping surface and the accountant’s workbench, neither hiding anything from the other; sales invoices, bills, receipts, supplier payments and credit notes, with per-line tax; bank statements read in whatever your bank emits - camt.053, mt940, ofx/qfx or csv - and matched, with reconciliation that must reach zero; payment runs exported as iso 20022, ach or csv under a build, approve, export, settle discipline; recurring invoices, a collections ladder, and a credit gate the till checks before a pay-later sale; fixed assets with depreciation, budgets and variance, cost centres and projects, and foreign-currency revaluation; journal entries posted automatically by the till, payroll, orders and stock - so month end is a review rather than a reconstruction; invoices, statements, quotes and dunning notices delivered from your own mailbox.
