Karen Zheng, CPA, MST

Karen has over 21 years of experience in accounting and taxation; she has served at several “Big 4” accounting firms and a prominent New York City international law firm.

Karen can help you in a variety of business sectors, including real estate, professional services, commodity trading, private equity funds and high-net-worth individuals.

She will work closely with you and your professional team, attorneys, financial advisors, and others to ensure that services and advice are fully coordinated.

Karen holds her Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both States of New York and Illinois.

Jen Li, CPA, MST

Jen has 20 years of accounting and tax experience in both the private and public sectors. She has handled client initiatives for businesses and individuals throughout an array of industries including real estate, professional services, and private equity funds.

Jen holds her Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.

Frank expertise encompasses different aspects of strategic communications. Over the years, he has earned an enviable reputation of successfully projecting every contract assigned to our firm. Thanks to his keen observation and analysis skills, he possess an ability to conceptualize promotional content in a manner that hits all the right chords with our clients.
