Warren L Frazer, CPA established a Certified Public Accounting firm in 1972 after working first in corporate accounting and then in public accounting for Ernst & Ernst Warren received his Masters in Business Administration from New York University In 1994, Warren formed a partnership with Marylee R Evangelista, CPA and Frazer, Evangelista & Company was born in 1999 Warren retired from the firm in 2002, but the firm continues to prosper under the direction of Marylee Evangelista & Associates, PC was founded by New Jersey entrepreneur, Ralph J Evangelista, CPA in 1991 Ralph received his Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University in 1998

In January of 2009, the two firms merged together under the name of Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC The firm has retained both of its former locations in East Brunswick and New Brunswick to best serve its diverse clientele
