Covid-19 Implications For Our Office - Processes for 2023

The events of the past few years have forced us to reevaluate some of our processes and to embrace new technologies. We see these changes as improvements.  We have new electronic solutions in place to gather signatures on tax documents as well as an e-invoice system to facilitate seamless bill payment.  We have increased the use of our electronic portal facilitating ease of access for the firm and clients alike.  If you do not yet have access to your folder in the portal, call the office and we will send you a link.   We are continuing to limit our in person client meetings and are encouraging all clients to provide their tax documents through drop off, US mail, or through the portal.  We follow up with phone conferences and video meetings if necessary.  As always, we will communicate via email.  Please be assured that we are working hard to complete your income tax returns.  Thank you for your understanding.  This policy is in place for both efficiency and the health and safety of clients and staff.  ​ ​We appreciate your business and wish to thank you for your support.
